 Resolution Timeframes

The target resolution time frames are based on the nature of
the complaint:

  • Dissatisfaction of service or information: The target resolution time is three (3) working days.
  • Requires further investigation or system changes: The target resolution time is ten (10) working days.

 Communication and Progress Updates

  • All complaints are communicated via phone calls/emails.
  • If a complaint requires additional investigation or system
    changes, the complainant will receive a separate email with the expected resolution time frame.
