Frequently asked questions & answers for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

An OTP (One-Time Password) is a short code we send to you to confirm it’s really you. Each code works only once and expires after a short time, so even if someone sees an old code, they can’t use it.

Your account holds your personal details and your money, so we add an extra layer of protection beyond your password. Even if someone learns your password, they still can’t get in or make changes without the OTP sent to you. This also helps us meet the security standards expected of regulated financial platforms in Malaysia.

You may be asked for an OTP when you log in to your account

Your OTP will be sent to your email address / registered mobile number via WhatsApp. Please make sure your contact details are up to date.

Each OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one.

  • Wait a minute, as delivery can sometimes be delayed
  • Check that your registered phone number / email is correct
  • For WhatsApp: make sure you have network coverage
  • For email: check your spam or junk folder
  • Tap “Resend OTP” after 60 seconds

If you still don’t receive it, please contact our support team at 012-508 5853.
