Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the website fundaztic.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately stop using the Website.

You hereby undertake to fully indemnify us for any damages, losses, expenses and cost that may arise (whether direct or indirectly) due to you committing a breach of any provisions of these Terms of Use.
