Issuer Criteria

  • SSM registered entity only (Sole proprietorship, partnership, SDN BHD except PLT/LLP)
  • Paid Up Capital RM20,000 and above (applicable to SDN BHD only)
  • Owners, partners or major shareholders (a total of 51% shareholding and above) to be Malaysian Citizens
  • 12 Months CCRIS history for either company or owners.

Documents Required

  1. SSM Document
    a) Sole Proprietorship & Partnership – Borang D/E, Maklumat Perniagaan and Maklumat Pemilik
    b) SDN BHD (Private Limited) – Section 17 (Form 9), 51 and 58
  2. NRIC for each and every Owner/Director/Shareholder (Front & Back)
  3. Business Plan
  4. Board Resolution (SDN BHD only)

How To Register?

1. Select Business, fill up information accordingly, enter the verification code, and click submit.

2. Go to your registered email and complete the registration process.

3. Click the button 'ok' and log in to your Fundaztic account.

4. Click ok to proceed to next step.

5. Click on the 'X' to close this window.

6. Go to Business details under My Profile and fill up company registration date, nature of business, business entity type and number of partners.

7. Fill up all the details accordingly by going through all the tabs.

8. If you have more than one partner, add his/her details accordingly.

9. Upload NRIC (Front and Back), business registration documents, and click to tick the boxes under declarations and consent.

10. Select the bank your business bank account belonged to and fill up bank account name and number.

11. Click 'Business Details' and click 'Verify' to verify your details after you have received our credit.

12. Once received the credit from Fundaztic, input it and click submit to complete your verification.
